When I developed these fonts, it was difficult to find Seraiki supporting fonts but now there are many.

Other fonts:

Scheherazade and Lateef and Awami Nastaliq by SIL are good fonts and first two are among first ones to support Arabic Supplement Unicode block..

All fonts that support Arabic Supplement Unicode block can render all the alphabets of the said language. Google’s Noto Naskh Arabic, Noto Kufi Arabic, Noto Nastaliq and Noto Sans Arabic also have that support and are more readable on web. Amiri by Khaled Hosny and Sebastian Kosch, Jomhuria by KB Studio, Kufam by Original Type, Wael Morcos, Artur Schmal are also among supporting fonts. They are all available on 'Google Fonts'. In Mirza and Katibeh middle form of Unicode 0768 do not work. CRULPs Nafees Pakistani Web Naskh supports the language but has a bug. Middle form of ݨ do not work. Recent versions of Times New Roman, Arial, Tahoma and some other Microsoft fonts support Seraiki language alphabets, although they are not free.

For composing, you should have Seraiki keyboard installed. Seraiki Phonetic keyboard is available for Windows. On Mac Ukelele is helpful for keyboard modification. On Mac and Linux you can modify any existing Urdu keyboard and put five missing Unicodes i.e. Bby 067B, Jjy 0684, Ggaaf 06B3, Rnoon 0768, Ddaal 0759 on different keys.
